I’ve decided to try a new direction with some of the internet marketing I’m doing, and using some of the social media sites is going to be a big part of some of the new SEO, link building, and traffic building strategies I’m going to be implementing. The thing is I feel I want A LOT of food. I’m still trying to shed some pounds, so it’s not a good idea to give in to impulses like that to stuff my face. Unfortunately, it’s particularly easy to justify it when I’ve just finished a workout. So, how do I know what to eat after working out in order to quickly replenish my glycogen stores and consume enough protein to start rebuilding muscle tissue? There’s a simple mathematical formula to help determine that. Read the rest of this entry »
